Dr. Azadeh Koochekzadeh was born in Tehran, and moved to Virginia in middle school. After finishing college, medical school, and residency in Massachusetts; attending Amhert, Boston University, and Mass General Hosptial respectively. She moved back to Virginia to be closer to her extended family.
Dr. Azi lives in Reston with her husband Dr. Karan Lotfi, and their daughter. They love the outdoors, water sports. They also like to explore different cultures through travel, and ethnic food.
Dr. Azi had a special interest in complementary medicine, preventative medicine, and newborn care, including lactation. She works part time in the Lakeridge and Lorton offices.
