Patient Portal Information
Please be advised that online booking on the patient portal is currently not available.
Our schedules are currently open through July!
Online scheduling with our providers is not available through the Healow app. You must use the portal via the link below in order to schedule with our office.
Please make sure to verify that your most up to date insurance is listed on your account prior to making an appointment. If it is not up to date and your new insurance is not something that we take, we may not be able to see your child at the appointment time. Please call our office if you have any concerns prior to booking
TriCare patients: We were able to become TriCare Certified which does allow us to continue to see TriCare Select patients though we are considered out-of-network. We ask that all TriCare families consult your plan documents or contact your benefits administrator to understand the impacts of this prior to scheduling an appointment.
When searching for an appointment the system does require you to select both a doctor and a location. We are hoping that in the near future you will be able to select all to see all available appointments. For now please be sure to select both, if no appointments are available you may try to search for another provider for the date range you are looking for.
For those over the age of 2 please verify that it has been a full year since your last well visit to be sure that insurance will cover the visit.
We ask that you do not book more than 2 children per session. If you would like to bring more than two children in for well visits on the same day we ask that you separate them between the morning and afternoon.
This service is for established patients over 3 months of age. We are unable to address chronic issues such as long term medical conditions, special health care needs or behavioral/developmental concerns.
Self scheduling is for minor illnesses such as:
- Fever (72 hours or less)
- Ear Pain
- Cold symptoms
- Diarrhea and vomiting
- Minor injuries
- Sore throat
Our goal is to provide timely and quality care in your child’s medical home. If you have a child with special health care needs, a child with a chronic condition or symptoms lasting more than 72 hours, we ask that you call to schedule an appointment so that our staff can schedule the appropriate visit time.
We currently have 1/3 of our same day sick appointments available for self scheduling. If you don’t see an available appointment, please call our office. Our goal is to always see sick children the same day!
You may send prescription refill requests directly to your provider via the patient portal. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for refill requests. If you have an urgent medication request, please call our office.
You may use our patient portal to exchange non-urgent messages with our physicians and staff.
