All Healthy, All the Time

All Healthy, All the Time, is a wellness program designed to offer families guidance from a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).  The wellness project will be lead by Jennifer Littau, RDN and owner of A Balanced Life Rx.  The program provides both evidence-based nutrition and fitness education to promote wellness while preventing childhood obesity and chronic disease.  The wellness project is a family centered program geared toward children ages 6-12 and their parents.  The program includes a series of six interactive sessions; each session highlighting a specific nutrition and fitness topic.  The program promises to be fun and engaging.  Children learn by doing so our sessions will include:  healthy food activities, taste-testings, family fitness fun games, and much more!  We look forward to seeing you in class.  Click the picture below to sign up today...Space is limited! Our next class is Aug 1st!

October schedule now open

We are now booking appointments through October. Please log into the portal or call our office to book your appointment.

Schedule Well Checks on Portal

We are excited to announce that you can now schedule your child’s well visit on our patient portal!  If your infant is due for a 2,4 or 6 month visit, please call our office as we have special appointment times set aside for this age group. We are currently booking appointments through the end of June.

If you’re not active on our portal, please send an email with your child’s full name and date of birth to patientportal@allpeds.com.

After age 3, most insurance plans will pay for only one well child visit per year.  Please contact your insurance company to determine if your plan requires well check visits to be scheduled 365 calendar days apart or if the requirement is one well check visit per calendar year.  It is your responsibility to know and understand your insurance policy.

You may find the date of your child’s last well visit by viewing the past appointments section on the portal.

You may find the recommended well visit schedule on our web site at http://www.allpeds.com/faqs.php
