Bethany joined ALL Pediatrics in August 2018. She grew up in Fairfax, VA and attended James Madison University where she received her B.S in Nursing in 2013. Following undergrad, she moved to Raleigh, NC to work at Duke Children’s Hospital as a nurse in their Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and then back to DC several years later to work as a nurse at Georgetown University Hospital on their Pediatric Transplant Unit. In working with transplant patients, she developed a love for caring for chronically ill children and their families and valued the relationships she was able to build with them. This passion prompted her to return to school at George Mason University to obtain her MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2018 so she could work with kids in a primary care setting and continue to build relationships with children and families over a lifetime. She enjoys educating families on building foundations to create healthy lifestyles and promoting physical, emotional, and mental well-being. She also loves anything GI related since her time spent at Georgetown was specifically focused on GI transplants.
Bethany now lives in Arlington with her husband and enjoys running, cooking/baking, trips to the beach, and spending time with family in her free time.
